(2011-2012 HR#3) Implementation of USW Job Evaluation System

Re: Implementation of USW Job Evaluation System

As of July 1, the new USW job classes and pay structure have been established and identified positions migrated to the new structure.

Processing the retroactive pay equity lump-sum payments for eligible employees is the next step of the project. These payments will be processed by September 28.

On September 12 all employees represented by USW local 1998 will receive a memo letting them know how the payments were calculated and when the payments can be expected. A copy of this memo will be sent to you once finalized.
