|Re:||Bi-Weekly Appointed Staff members now have access to Employee Self-Service (ESS)|
I am pleased to announce that effective today, May 28, 2012, Bi-weekly Appointed Staff members, now have access to U of T’s Employee Self-Service (ESS) system. Although these employees will continue to receive paper pay statements, ESS provides an alternate way for them to securely access their information online.
Letters have been sent to Bi-weekly Appointed Employees containing their login information. To assist Bi-weekly Staff further with login and navigation of ESS, Human Resources is offering a series of Drop-In Demonstrations taking place across all three campuses over the next couple of months. In making these changes, the Human Resources team has taken the opportunity to update the ESS website. A new introductory ESS landing page was created to make it consistent with the rest of the HR & Equity website. In addition,Frequently Asked Questions are posted on the pre-login page for self-service employee support.
