(2012-2013 HR#10) Job Evaluation Update: Implementation Agreement Reached

I’m pleased to announce that an agreement has been reached between the Union and University regarding the implementation of Wave 7. A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) has been signed and will be posted here as soon as possible.

With this agreement now in place, we are proceeding with the implementation for November 2012 provided that the University’s major systems upgrade, currently under way, is completed on schedule.

We are pleased with this development and appreciate the spirit of cooperation and commitment to reconcile the extremely complex data required by the process.

Further details, including what this means for you, and for your managers, will be shared and posted here as soon as possible.
