Further to my message of May 20, 2014, I’m pleased to announce the launch the 2014 Performance Assessment Process for Senior Research Associates (SRAs) and Research Associates (RAs) – an important opportunity to recognize accomplishments, clarify expectations, focus on priorities and discuss opportunities for development.
Senior Research Associates and Research Associates are asked to complete their Activity Report using the Performance Planning, Feedback and Development Form. Upon completion, the form should be sent to the Principal Investigators to document their assessment.
