Advance Notice: Upcoming Launch of SuccessFactors Recruiting

Dear colleagues,

We would like to provide you with advance notice of the launch of SuccessFactors Recruiting, the next implementation of the University’s new HR Talent Management suite.

The new mobile-friendly platform, Success Factors Recruiting, will replace our current Careers website and applicant tracking system (Taleo) as the University’s job posting and application system on July 7, 2020.

What’s changing?

As of July 7, as an internal applicant and member of the University of Toronto community, you will access all job postings through the SuccessFactors platform homepage at uoft.me/successfactors.

For all internal applicants, the SuccessFactors Recruitment system will prepopulate your basic profile information. At the time you apply for a position, you will need to complete your application and upload your resume. Once in the system, you will also be able to set up job alerts for new opportunities that align with your interests.

External applicants will be able to apply to faculty & staff positions via a new Careers website at jobs.utoronto.ca.

What action should I take?

Please make sure that you download any copies of resumes or other application-related documents from your profile in Taleo for your records before July 7.
