Changes resulting from October 1, 2020 increase in minimum wage rates

On October 1, 2020, minimum wage rates in Ontario increased in accordance with the changes in the Employment Standards Act (ESA).

As a result, please note the following specific wage increases which will be implemented retroactively in HRIS and attendance systems (i.e. Kronos, Timelink) effective October 1, 2020:

a. Bargaining Unit: CUPE, Local 3261 – 89 Chestnut
