|Re:||Child Care Benefit Application is now available: submission deadline is March 6|
We are pleased to let you know that the 2014 Child Care Benefit Application is now available online through Employee Self-Service (ESS) for eligible employees.
The deadline to submit an application is March 6, 2015. Applications will be reviewed after the deadline, and any eligible Child Care Benefit reimbursements will be made with your April pay.

Using the online application
Detailed instructions, including what information you need to gather before you start the process, can be found here.
After logging in, when you select the application under the Benefits tab on ESS, you will see that your personal information is already filled in. All that you need to is:
- Enter the information regarding your child care provider;
- The days of care; and the
- Amount you paid each day.
Once you successfully complete and submit your application, you will receive a confirmation email. Please remember to keep all of the relevant back-up information in the event that your application is selected for review in the audit process which will begin after the April payments are made.
