Learning to fuel your professional success just got easier at U of T.
The Centre for Learning, Leadership and Culture (LLC) is pleased to announce the launch of its new Learning Management System (LMS) hosted on the Employee SuccessFactors platform – your gateway to our learning, leadership and development offerings.
The launch of the LMS is the first of many Employee SuccessFactors modules that will be launched in the coming years.
About the new LMS and its impact on you:
The new platform will house professional development resources to support the tri-campus U of T community from ‘hire to retire’, including learning and professional development courses hosted by the LLC, the School of Continuing Studies, and LinkedIn Learning (formerly lynda.com).
The new LMS will improve your digital experience with:
- An enhanced registration and notification system – simply register, track and plan your learning sessions
- More robust learning options that go beyond just classroom training – find the right development opportunities for you
The platform will host any legislated and / or mandatory training required by all U of T employees; this training will be automatically assigned to faculty, staff, and librarians who need to complete it.
Your New Learning Catalogue
Our course catalogue is curated using our organizational competencies to help you find the right development opportunity.
The catalogue also includes learning options for a variety of professional skills that everyone across the University might need to be successful. These include communications, interpersonal skills, and personal effectiveness skills.
Browse and register for sessions today through the LMS catalogue. Please note that you will need your UTORid and password to log in SuccessFactors.

There are learning resources available on the HR & Equity website to help you use and familiarize yourself with the new platform.
