The 2020 / 2021 Goal Setting process is now open for Advancement Professionals (AP).
Given COVID 19-related delays, we are beginning the annual Goal Setting process much later than in previous years. Ordinarily, goal setting is a proactive planning step that takes place in the fall, where clear performance expectations and development goals are established between managers and employees.
AP employees are invited to record their goals / objectives in the 2021 Goal Plan and professional development activities in the 2021 Professional Development sections of the HRE SuccessFactors system for the May 1, 2020 to April 30, 2021 review period.
Participation in the 2020/21 Goal Setting process is mandatory for the Advancement Professionals. You are strongly encouraged to record 4-6 goals / objectives and professional development activities. Following the review and approval of your goals / objectives by your manager, your records will be locked and then will populate on your Activity Report when the 2020/2021 Performance Assessment process is launched in the spring.
What is the deadline for goal setting?
Please record your goals / objectives and professional development activities by end of the day on Tuesday, February 16, 2021. A detailed timeline for the goal setting process is available on the HR Service Centre.
