Further to Kelly Hannah-Moffat’s message of April 13, 2017, the annual performance assessment process starts on April 24th for all Advancement Professional, Confidential, and Professional & Managerial employee groups.
The process for Research Associates and Senior Research Associates will launch in May.

Please review the following annual review web pages, to ensure that you understand what information is needed, as well as the deadlines for the 2017 annual performance assessment process:
- Confidential Staff
- Professional & Managerial Staff
- Advancement Professional Staff (Halogen Online System): 1AP & 2AP Senior Program Managers who are in the Halogen online pilot
- Advancement Professional Staff (Paper form): 1AP & 2AP Senior Development Officers and Senior Program Managers who are not in the Halogin online pilot

What’s new for 2017?
Goal / Objective Setting moves online for 1AP & 2AP Senior Development Officers:
This year, employees in the 1AP and 2AP Senior Development Officers group will join other University of Toronto (U of T) employee groups by using the online system to set their goals and objectives for the 2017 to 2018 review period. More information about the new online goal-setting process for this group will be provided shortly to all participants.
