As you may have heard, HR is currently working on a variety of initiatives regarding employee vacation that will be launching in late 2016 and early 2017.
After collecting your vacation balances earlier this fall, we are excited to announce that you can now view all of your vacation balance and absence summary information centrally in Employee Self-Service (ESS).
In order to make this functionality available, your business officer provided your vacation balances to our HRIS team in mid-October.
At your earliest convenience, please log in to ESS and view your Absence Summary and Vacation Tracker report to confirm that your vacation balances are accurate in the system. If changes need to be made, contact your business officer (or the individual responsible for recording your vacation).
