Reintroducing Wellness and Learning at the University of Toronto:

Earlier this year, the University announced the launch of a new sustainable staff wellness initiative to help meet the full spectrum of staff wellness needs, and enhance the coordination, collaboration and communication of wellness programs and services across the University.

As a result, the Integrated Wellness team will now support, enhance and develop staff wellness initiatives across the tri-campus community, while the Centre for Learning, Leadership & Culture (LLC) – formerly the ODLC – will focus exclusively on learning and leadership development.

For the time being, you can find all Wellness offerings and courses at U of T on the HR & Equity website. In the coming months, we will be building out more fulsome resources and will update you as these changes are implemented.

These changes will allow us to focus more time and resources dedicated to strengthening wellness for staff at U of T. They are part of the Division of HR & Equity’s broader strategy to ensure that U of T is an employer of choice and that it is a stimulating, supportive and engaging place in which to work and have a career.
