The 2017 Diversity Internship Program provides up to two 12-month paid positions for recent human resources graduates who self-identity as Aboriginal (North America), racialized, and / or as a person with a disability.
HR Divisional Offices must apply to host a placement and, if successful, are provided central funding (up to 50%, full-time equivalent) for a one-year internship position.
